General Auction Process

All bidders must have a bidder's account to bid.  When you register you will be assigned a bidder number.  All bidding will be referred to this number; it is YOUR  number.

Bid on what you like and want... listen to the instructions of the auctioneer - remember that other people are also bidding so pay close attention to what is going on.

If you are the highest bidder and the auctioneer has declared "SOLD", that vehicle is sold to you, and you will have to place a deposit at the checkout for that vehicle and will it be awaiting final settlement for vehicle release.

Vehicles are sold "AS IS". 

Final settlement must be by 1:00 pm Monday April 19th, 2010.  We accept Bank drafts, certified cheques, and yes even Cash.  Personal Cheques, business cheques or site drafts will only be accepted if accompanied with an irrevocable letter of guaranteed credit from the bank stating buying limit and authorized by signing officer of your bank. Vehicles can not be be paid for in full by Mastercard or Visa.

There is a buyers fee on all purchases.

Absentee Bidding

If you are unable to attend our Classic Car Auction you can register an "absentee bidder account".  It's easy to do and we will be happy to assist you.
